The Club at PrairieStar

Dear residents of PrairieStar, 

We are sorry to announce that The Club at PrairieStar will not be open for the 2025 season. 

As you may know, The Club at PrairieStar and the land surrounding it are privately owned. RS84 LLC is the owner of this land, which is known as Westview at PrairieStar. This land and facilities are currently for sale through SullivanHayes.

The construction of The Club was paid for by RS84 LLC and it is operated and maintained solely with funds from seasonal memberships and RS84 LLC. The PrairieStar Metro District does not contribute any funding for expenses associated with The Club. This facility has always been planned to be a part of an 84-unit apartment complex.

Due to a pending agreement for a change in the ownership structure, the liabilities involved, and the cost associated with operating The Club at PrairieStar, operation for the summer 2025 season is simply not possible. 

 Looking to the future, once this property is purchased and developed, the apartment complex will own The Club at PrairieStar. The management company of the apartments will oversee its operation, and that management may offer any available memberships to the homeowners of PrairieStar.

It has been a pleasure being able to share The Club with the residents of PrairieStar.
